FREE for domestic orders $35 or more!  
For orders under $35, shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. 

For international orders, shop our Etsy store, we do not ship internationally on this storefront.

That is determined by two things; our processing time plus the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Processing Times:

Design Your Own, Pre-Designed Products & Pre-Orders: Our processing time for most orders is 1-5 business days, and during peak holidays, 3-10 business days. Please plan ahead and order early! *Pre-Order processing times begin at the sale end date.

Custom Printing, Bulk Orders & Wholesale:  Our processing time for most orders is 5-10 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak holidays; please plan accordingly and order early.

Shipping Options: 

-USPS First Class shipping: Estimated 4-6 business days
-USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 1-4 business days
-USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated next-day to 2-day delivery by 6pm

*Please be aware that delivery dates are estimated by USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday. As a result of the ongoing COVID situations, it is possible that some packages may take longer than usual to arrive. We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, but are not responsible for USPS delays.

We also offer several UPS options to choose from.



Digital Designs:

Once your payment is processed, you will immediately receive an instant download link. You can also download your purchases from your confirmation emails or your Peculiar People Designs account. No physical product will be mailed or shipped to you.

There are a couple things you can do.

  • Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.
  • Contact your local post office or delivery service for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number, shipping service name, and your shipping address. Please reach out to us if you need any of these details.
  • After contacting the delivery service, if you believe the package was stolen, please inform us and we will send you a discount code to have your order reprinted.

If it's marked as in transit it means it can show up at any time, even if it is past the estimated arrival date, and tracking isn't actively being updated.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the package once it's been handed off to the USPS or UPS. We understand how frustrating this is, as we worked hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, only for it to be held up in transit!

If and when a package is known to be lost (this actually happens very rarely) we will gladly replace the order or refund your money. 

If it's a gift, we can send you a mockup photo of your purchase to wrap up or give digitally. Just message us with the request!

Personalized & Customized Items: We do not automatically send a proof before printing, however we will be happy to do so upon request, or if we have any questions about your personalization. 

Custom Orders: We will send up to 3 proofs before printing to allow for adjustments to the design.

Although our goal is consistency, every item we make is unique since it is custom printed just for you! We may take some creative liberty with personalizing designs to make it look it's best. We will gladly send a proof before printing, if requested, or if we have any questions.

  • For products made using our online customizer, we may center, align and make any other minor adjustments necessary to be sure the design looks it's best. If you do not want us to do so, just let us know!
  • If there is a graphic in the design of the listing (a bread loaf or pizza for example), it will be included in the design of your item.
  • Also, please be aware that every monitor/screen displays colors differently so actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online, and actual apparel colors may vary slightly from batch to batch.

APRONS:  All of our aprons are a unisex style.

  • Adult aprons have adjustable necks, long ties, and are available in long or short styles, one size fits most. We always recommend measuring to be sure it will fit as expected.
  • Kid's XL Premium aprons fit most kids ages 5-10. They are as long as Adult Short aprons, but not as wide.
  • Kid's M Premium aprons fit most kids ages 2-5. They are longer and wider than Kids Cotton aprons.
  • Kid's S Cotton aprons are our smallest aprons, for kids ages 2-5. They are not available in a larger size. 

T-SHIRTS: Our tees are a unisex style and run true to size with a slightly slim fit. Be aware that they may not run in size like the shirts you normally wear. For a perfect fit, please refer to the measuring guide and size charts, located on each of our product listings.

TODDLER & INFANT TEES: Our unisex styles run true to size with a slightly slim fit. Since little ones grow at their own pace, we recommend choosing a size based on length.

It’s easy! 

  1. Lay a t-shirt that you like the fit of on a flat surface and smooth it out.
  2. Measure Width: across the chest, one inch below the junction of the sleeve.
  3. Measure Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the hemline.
  4. Compare those measurements to the size chart.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as our items are custom printed cannot be restocked. However, we can offer you a discount to have it reprinted on another size or style. Please contact us, we will need a few details about the item before we send you a discount code.

Merchandise, Personalized Items, Custom Printing & Screen Printing Services:
Changed your mind? Let us know within 2 hours of purchase and you’ll receive a full refund via your payment method. After 2 hours, we cannot accept cancellations if we've already started working on your item. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges as our items are custom printed just for you and cannot be restocked. However, if there is a problem with your item, please let us know as soon as possible.


Digital Purchases:
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. However, if our files do not work with your compatible machine for any reason please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue to the best of our ability. 


Our system only allows one discount to be used at a time.

Digital Design FAQ

All digital items are sold as is. You may edit the colors or design to your liking with compatible software (photoshop, illustrator, cricut design space, etc.) but we do not offer personalization or changes to our digital items.

Please message us if you would like to request a custom digital item.

To open and use an SVG file, your software must be upgraded to the Silhouette Designer Edition. If you are able, you might also be able to open the DXF file in Silhouette Studio.

To open DXF files:

1. Click on the File tab.

2. Click on Open.

3. In the Files of type list, click AutoCAD Drawing (*.dwg; *.dxf).

4. Browse to the file and click Open.

Please research your machine's software and/or contact the manufacturer in order to know what files are compatible with your software and machine and how to cut the files.

Cricut Design Space allows you to upload and use SVG files.

1. Upload your chosen SVG file into Design Space. The layers will automatically be separated based on the colors of the SVG Design.

2. From there you can assign and cut your layers based on your chosen colors.

Please research your machine's software and/or contact the manufacturer in order to know what files are compatible with your software and machine and how to cut the files.

Yes! Peculiar People Designs wants you to have the quickest and easiest cutting and application experience possible with our files.

This means that our files are grouped by color, exactly as shown in the listing photos. If the listing photo shows four separate colors, your file will be pre-grouped into four sections! If a gradient or pattern is used in a design, it is considered a single color, therefore all elements within the gradient or pattern will be pre-grouped together.

Yes! All of our files include a Commercial License for Small Business Use only.

  • Use any files purchased on our website for both personal and commercial use.
  • You are allowed to use the files as is, or modify them, to create physical products for personal use or for sale.
  • You may upload our original designs or your modified versions of our designs to Peculiar People Designs in order to request for quote for our printing services.

 

NOTE: This is limited to products with no existing trademarks relating to the purchased designs. It’s highly advisable to research your text and design trademarks. For example, if there is a current trademark valid specifically on shirts that say “Good Vibes Only”, it is not recommended to use a “Good Vibes Only” design from Peculiar People Designs on your shirts to sell for profit. In the event of a dispute over your products and the trademark holder, Peculiar People Designs will not be held responsible, as we do not delegate which products the purchaser uses the purchased design on.


All of our files include a Commercial License for Small Business Use.
 

With this license you are NOT allowed to:

  • make our images available for digital download, resell, share or redistribute them as is or modified, in digital form.
  • You may not upload our files, or elements from them, onto any “print-on-demand” web sites other than Peculiar People Designs (that would be considered sharing the file). If you need printing services for our original designs or your modified versions, please submit a request for quote.

Before purchasing, please research what types of files (if any) your particular cutting machine software is compatible with. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting the manufacturer's customer service and asking about your program's capabilities.
